Friendship Heights real estate is always a popular option for those looking to live in Washington, D.C. Friendship Heights is an affluent residential and commercial neighborhood that straddles the border of northwest Washington, D.C. and southern Montgomery County, MD.
Upscale shopping is synonymous with Friendship Heights. The area is well-known for its two popular shopping plazas, Chevy Chase Pavilion and Mazza Gallerie, which combined offer more than 440,000 square feet of retail and dining. Three more retail destinations – the Chevy Chase Center, the Collection at Chevy Chase, and Wisconsin Place – are currently in development.
