Observatory Circle real estate is located in a small, triangular-shaped neighborhood located in Northwest Washington, D.C.Its boundaries are Massachusetts Avenue to the northeast, Calvert Street and Observatory Circle’s northwest arc to the south, and Wisconsin Avenue to the west. The circle itself is located at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and 34th Street, although it is not, in fact, a complete loop.
